The door of the furnace adopts a double-layer structure with water cooling and is welded to the flange as a whole. The door is equipped with a cooling water inlet and outlet. The door is connected to the body of carbonization equipment with a special hinge, which is welded and processed by a steel plate, making it easy to open the door.
The heating is made of high-purity graphite as the heat generator, which is arranged around to ensure the stability of the temperature field; the high-purity graphite has high purity and no volatilisation, which effectively ensures the cleanliness of the furnace cavity. The heat insulation layer adopts an inner graphite hard felt + graphite felt combination, with a good heat preservation effect and good impact resistance. The whole heat insulation screen is fixed by the metal frame, which is easy to install and maintain.
Adopting condensation, degreasing and filtration systems, the pumping port is connected to the chamber through the pipeline and converges to the vacuum system after passing through the copper tube fin condenser device, baguette filter device and dust cartridge device. Ensure the optimum effect of pumping speed and filtration.
