Dual-Layer Water-Cooled Furnace Door: The furnace door adopts a double-layer structure with water cooling, welded into a single unit with the flange. The furnace door is equipped with water inlet and outlet for cooling. It connects to the furnace body via custom-made hinges, which are welded from steel plates, ensuring easy opening and closing of the door.
High-Purity Graphite Heating: The heating element is made of high-purity graphite, arranged around the furnace to ensure stable temperature distribution. The high purity of the graphite ensures that it does not volatilize and helps maintain the cleanliness of the furnace chamber. The insulation layer is made of an inner layer of graphite hard felt combined with graphite felt, providing excellent thermal insulation and impact resistance. The entire insulation screen is secured using a metal frame, making it easier to install and maintain.
Condensation, Degreasing, and Filtration System: The furnace is equipped with a condensation, degreasing, and filtration system. The exhaust port is connected to the furnace chamber via piping and passes through a copper fin condenser, a cleaning cloth filter, and a dust filter element before being channeled into the vacuum system. This ensures optimal extraction speed and filtration performance.
