Decompression distillation belongs to the logistics process, with simple process principle, no side effects, easy to control the process is easy to continuous treatment, does not produce new radioactive waste and other technical characteristics, has a wide range of applications in the process of molten salt purification. This equipment is dedicated to the process exploration device for the experiments of molten salt purification, separation and recovery. It is suitable for uranium, zirconium, rare earth elements, fluoride, chloride and bromide of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals.

Single-Sided Operation Structure: A stainless steel cabinet (double station) with dimensions of 2000mm (length) * 700mm (width) * 900mm (height), made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm. The back of the cabinet has four reserved KF40 standard interfaces and one 220V power interface inside. It features a large transition chamber of Φ370600mm and a small transition chamber of Φ150300mm, with the large transition chamber offering both manual and automatic operation systems.
Vacuum System: Includes a vacuum pump, vacuum angle valve, and vacuum pipelines. The vacuum system connects to the gas handling system, ensuring the absolute internal pressure reaches 10mPa during distillation, assembly operations, and shutdown phases. The vacuum pump can be controlled via the high-temperature furnace control panel for starting and stopping operations.
Gas Pipeline: Connects the distillation collector outer pressure vessel outlet to the vacuum system, atmosphere, and pipeline, with a gas route size of DN15, ensuring smooth gas flow and handling.
Molten Salt Condensation Equipment: Used for condensing gas extracted from the distillation collector, achieving molten salt cooling and solidification. Includes shut-off valves, solid activated carbon absorption tanks, gas flushing tanks, liquid absorption tanks, and drying tanks.
Gas Filtration and Neutralization Equipment: Ensures safe and effective gas handling, preventing the emission of harmful substances through molten salt vapor filtration and neutralization.
Multi-Functional Operation: Designed for various operations, including distillation, condensation, filtration, and neutralization, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the equipment in all stages.
