This product uses the oscillating cup method to measure the viscosity of high temperature melts, non-contact high resolution measurement. The sample is sealed in a crucible, which effectively avoids oxidation of the sample during the test and solves the problem of strong corrosion of the sample.

Temperature Field Support: The equipment provides the required temperature field for measuring the viscosity of high-temperature melts. The furnace body adopts a flange structure at the upper port, while the lower flange secures the furnace opening, forming a cylindrical structure with cooling water inlets and outlets, ensuring safety and stable operation.
Upper Flange Sealing: The upper flange secures the cavity of the upper suspension system, using an O-ring silicone rubber seal and a locking ring to ensure the equipment’s sealing integrity and operational safety.
Suspension System Design: The suspension system comprises a motor, suspension wire, mirror, inertia disc, molybdenum rod, and crucible from top to bottom. The inertia disc connects to the motor via the suspension wire and to the sample crucible via the molybdenum rod, achieving precise operational control.
Free Vibration Function: The motor drives the suspension system to rotate left and right, then the system relies on inertia for free vibration, contributing to accurate measurements and data reliability.
High-Precision Temperature Control: The electrical control system consists of components such as an electrical cabinet, contactor, transformer, thyristor module, temperature controller, and PLC. The temperature controller uses a Eurotherm brand programmable intelligent temperature regulator, with a control accuracy of ±1°C, featuring PID adjustment, over-temperature alarm, disconnection indication, and temperature compensation functions.
