The furnace body adopts double-layer water sandwich structure, and the front and rear flanges are welded into a simple structure, with dovetail sealing grooves on the flange plane, and 0-type silicone rubber sealing ring is used for sealing. The furnace body of the carbonization equipment is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet, vacuum pumping port, inductor coil installation port, infrared meter temperature measurement holes, and automatic filling and discharging interface.
Medium frequency power supply is used to induct the internal high-purity graphite crucible as the heat generator through the inductor. The inductor is square circumferential spiral arrangement, three-section coil distribution, fixed in the furnace body through the support base. The graphite crucible is made of high-purity graphite, which has the advantages of high purity, no volatilisation and an effective guarantee of cleanliness in the furnace chamber. Adopting graphite soft felt with good temperature resistance effect and good impact resistance, it can achieve high temperature resistance of 3000 degrees.
This equipment is equipped with an automatic filling and discharging system, which consists of flow meter, solenoid valve, hand valve, pressure sensor, connector, etc. The pressure sensor and solenoid valve form a closed system. The pressure sensor and solenoid valve form a closed-loop control system, which can control the pressure of the atmosphere in the furnace.
