This system is used in the process of melting, granulation, crushing, grinding and encapsulation of ternary LiCl-LiBr-LiF molten salt electrolyte. The system adopts glove box isolation sealing, isolated from the environment, which can ensure that the whole production process is carried out in airtight conditions. The waste gas generated in the production process is pumped out by vacuum pump and then passed through the exhaust gas treatment device, which can be discharged directly after absorption treatment by alkali solution and will not spread to the working environment.

Silo, volume of about 150L, double shell structure. The outer shell is equipped with a vacuum extraction port, and the inner shell is connected with a sealing valve underneath, and connected with the screw feeding part. The screw feed motor end is sealed by magnetic fluid, and the connection part with the glove box is sealed by welding. The tail end of the screw is connected to the melt system infusion tank.
Adopting high temperature liquid molten salt to dissolve solid powder molten salt avoids the heating and cooling process of the traditional muffle furnace melting process, which results in fast melting speed, short process time, low energy consumption, and large capacity. The maximum melting speed is 10kg/hour and the maximum heating temperature is 1000℃.
Adopting drum granulation method, the feeding metal pipe is connected with a ceramic distribution sieve, the molten salt enters into the ceramic molten salt distribution sieve through the overflow of the melting device, and then falls on the outer wall of the drum jacket and cools down into granule. Inside the drum jacket with circulating water, the molten salt is cooled by the outer wall, and then falls into the bottom of the material box in granular form. The volume of the material box is 5L, the capacity is about 7-8kg, the bottom of the material box is equipped with an electric way to push the boat, after each material box is full of material, the electric way to push the second material box into the receiving position, the first material box is pushed out of the cooling.
