High-temperature molten salt, known for its wide electrochemical window and rapid reaction kinetics, serves as an excellent electrolyte for electrochemical metallurgy. Molten salt electroplating, which occurs at elevated temperatures, involves mutual solid-state diffusion between the deposited metal and the base metal. This diffusion forms an interdiffusion layer, enhancing the bond between the deposited layer and the substrate. Additionally, molten salt electrolysis is primarily used to produce alkali and alkaline earth metals, as well as light rare earth metals with low melting points.

Heating system: the heating device is of open and close design, adopting double temperature zone control, the maximum use temperature of each temperature zone is not less than 1000℃, which can control the electrolysis tank in a stable constant temperature zone. It adopts double-layer shell structure and 50-segment programmed temperature control system, phase-shift triggering, silicon controlled, and the furnace chamber is made of 1200 imported alumina polycrystalline fibre material, which has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast rate of lifting and lowering temperature, energy saving, and so on.
Electrochemical device: It consists of electrochemical workstation or DC power supply, electrolysis kettle (shell), electrolysis tank, electrodes and connectors, etc. It is the core component of electrochemical research or electrolysis production. The electrolysis tank can be designed according to the actual experimental or production requirements, and can be disassembled independently and replaced easily. The electrolysis kettle is resistant to high temperature molten salt vapour corrosion, with a normal service life of not less than two years.
Glove box: most of the molten salts or electrolytically purified products are very susceptible to water absorption, the glove box can provide an inert atmosphere to protect the environment, and is also the support structure of the whole set of devices, according to the needs of the increase in automated transmission module, to enhance work efficiency.
