Carbon materials special equipment is mainly used in artificial graphite, carbon paper, carbon fibre, single-walled carbon nanotubes and other materials, graphitization, CVD growth and other processes, experiments on the large-scale, high-quality, low-energy conditions of the preparation of such materials growth.
In the field of carbon materials, we offer a wide range of high-performance equipment to support different stages of material development and production. Our carbonisation and graphitization furnaces provide a reliable platform for the thermal treatment of materials, ensuring temperature control and atmosphere regulation during the synthesis process. The integrated carbonisation and graphitization furnace combines carbonisation and graphitization functions to increase the efficiency of material processing.
In addition, the pressurised carbonisation and graphitising furnaces enable the carbonisation and graphitising processes to be carried out under mechanical pressure, which enhances their properties and makes them particularly suitable for applications where high quality carbon materials are required. In addition, continuous carbonisation furnaces and continuous graphitization furnaces are designed for large-scale industrial production to achieve efficient and stable material preparation processes to meet market demands.
We also offer single-wall carbon nanotube furnaces, specially designed for the synthesis of high-quality single-wall carbon nanotubes, an advanced material with a wide range of applications in electronics, energy and composites. Through these facilities, we are committed to promoting innovative research and development of carbon materials and providing comprehensive and professional solutions to our customers.
The experimental graphitising furnace is mainly used for laboratory process validation of graphene film, carbon paper, PI film and other materials.
High temperature intelligent vertical graphitising equipment is mainly used for graphitising graphene heat dissipation film and PI film, which is suitable for industrial grade production and processing.
The equipment adopts IGBT power supply, which makes temperature rise and control more accurate and significantly saves energy. It adopts medium and low temperature control technology to achieve full-range accurate temperature control, and uses infrared thermometer for temperature control.
The vacuum system of this equipment consists of pumping unit and valve vacuum pipeline, the pumping unit adopts mechanical pump and the valve selects domestic and imported brands, which can reach the required working vacuum degree in no more than 30 minutes.
Carbon nanotube growth equipment adopts water cooling system, which provides temperature-controlled coolant for multiple parts of the furnace, electrodes and rubber rings through two ways of water supply and water outlet to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
